Requirements
- BS Degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of development experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Netview SA experience required.
- Knowledge of REXX and Assembler programming languages.
- Experience with version control platforms such as Github.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
- Experience with mainframe operating systems including z/OS and MVS.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
- Experience with DevOPS and Agile methodology principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design automation solutions for platforms including Automation Point, OPS/MVS, and zOSMF.
- Bridge tool capabilities with business requirements to enhance client experience.
- Automate corrective steps in response to specific alert types to reduce human intervention.
- Deliver solutions using agile development methodology.
- Analyze existing tool performance to proactively detect issues before they impact availability.
