Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally with medical experience.
- Experience processing or reading lab orders.
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 tickets per hour with high-quality work.
- Proficiency with customer support tools and general tech-savviness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle Zendesk tickets from patients regarding appointments, issues, and missing results.
- Make multiple outbound calls and send follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders.
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patient issues in a timely and positive manner.
- Coordinate with local city teams and assist mobile specialists.
