Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally with medical experience.
  • Experience processing or reading lab orders.
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 tickets per hour with high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools and general tech-savviness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Zendesk tickets from patients regarding appointments, issues, and missing results.
  • Make multiple outbound calls and send follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders.
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patient issues in a timely and positive manner.
  • Coordinate with local city teams and assist mobile specialists.
