Responsibilities
- Shape the core experience of brokers through technical and strategic leadership
- Develop foundational systems that are robust, scalable, and act as engines of engagement
- Lead the evolution of productivity tools to simplify daily tasks and accelerate business closing
- Drive operational growth by expanding the broker base and maximizing performance
- Navigate complex incentive architecture and cash flow problems using data-driven iteration
- Mentor other product managers
- Act as a strategic partner to Operations and Engineering leadership
