Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing online communities in the Web3 or crypto space.
- Hands-on experience with Discord moderation and community tooling.
- Experience managing support queues with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and moderate the Immunefi Discord server, ensuring it is active, well-structured, and welcoming.
- Manage Zendesk support queues, ensuring timely resolution of tickets from security researchers and users.
- Identify and improve bottlenecks in support and community workflows using automation and AI tools.
- Define measurable community engagement goals and monitor community health metrics.
- Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and self-serve resources.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and celebrate community achievements.
