Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing online communities in the Web3 or crypto space.
  • Hands-on experience with Discord moderation and community tooling.
  • Experience managing support queues with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker Studio or equivalent.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and moderate the Immunefi Discord server, ensuring it is active, well-structured, and welcoming.
  • Manage Zendesk support queues, ensuring timely resolution of tickets from security researchers and users.
  • Identify and improve bottlenecks in support and community workflows using automation and AI tools.
  • Define measurable community engagement goals and monitor community health metrics.
  • Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and self-serve resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and celebrate community achievements.
