Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related client-facing B2B role.
- Experience in a SaaS company or within the e-commerce ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with the North American D2C e-commerce landscape.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to ask questions, learn quickly, and take initiative.
- Strong active listener with the ability to bring clarity to complex situations.
- Comfortable working as both a team player and individual contributor in a remote-first environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain diplomatic under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed (~10%) for partner meetings.
Responsibilities
- Support and build relationships with North American partners across logistics, operations, and technology (3PLs, carriers, WMS, ERP, and SaaS platforms).
- Assist in managing a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities alongside Partner Managers and Account Executive teams.
- Help develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies to create mutual value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to contribute to repeatable GTM playbooks.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities including campaigns, case studies, and events.
- Support product and partnership evaluations by gathering and surfacing partner market feedback.
- Build and implement actionable growth strategies for specific partners.
- Travel periodically (~10%) to meet ecosystem partners in person.
