Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related client-facing B2B roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or the e-commerce ecosystem is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the North American D2C e-commerce landscape, including logistics, operations, or tech platforms.
  • Natural relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and curious with a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or complex situations.
  • Comfortable working as both a team player and individual contributor.
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Support and build relationships with North American partners across logistics, operations, and technology to drive referrals and revenue.
  • Assist in managing a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities in collaboration with internal sales and leadership teams.
  • Help develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to contribute to GTM playbooks.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities like campaigns, case studies, and events.
  • Support product and partnership evaluations by gathering market feedback.
  • Build a point of view on ecosystem growth and execute strategic plans.
  • Work within a global team to connect partners across logistics, agency, and tech ecosystems.
  • Travel periodically (~10%) to meet partners in person.
