Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, engineering management, or technical delivery leadership.
- Proven background managing multiple Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) development pods in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Experience in government or regulated environments (DHS, Federal, State compliance, or IV&V) is highly preferred.
- High schedule flexibility with split morning and evening availability to oversee international teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) development pods in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Manage technical delivery and engineering teams.
- Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore development teams.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and CI/CD pipeline automation.
