Requirements

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op, or academic teaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter (nice to have).
Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom or Teams (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors.
Support the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees.
Assist in assessing individual and group training needs.
Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement.
Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders.
Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software and technical concepts.
Learn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms.
