Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets.
- Direct experience with financing transactions, debt raises, warehouse facilities, asset-backed financing, or structured credit.
- Credit and leveraged-finance grounding, including understanding of collateralization, liquidity, leverage, covenants, and counterparty risk.
- Exposure to transaction execution: financial analysis, credit assessment, due diligence, term-sheet negotiation, documentation, and syndication.
- Experience managing institutional client relationships such as funds, market makers, or asset managers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy.
- A natural curiosity about digital assets and DeFi.
Responsibilities
- Originate institutional borrow demand across collateralized lending, trading and hedging, structured credit, and liquidity products.
- Build a borrower pipeline spanning unique-market-access counterparties, committed-supply borrowers, and KYC-gated regulated entities.
- Structure and close term sheets, including negotiating rate, term, size, and collateral while coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain long-term relationships, managing renewals and expansion for the book you originate.
- Operationalize and document on-chain borrow products to ensure repeatable deal processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Strategy & Growth, Product, and Engineering on operational integration.
- Contribute to credit terms guidance, including minimum rates and maximum terms.
