Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in digital product design.
- Strong track record of designing and shipping complex technical products and systems-oriented workflows.
- Experience designing for developer platforms, observability tools, or infrastructure products.
- Proficiency in designing data-rich interfaces and translating complex technical topics into clear UX.
- Exceptional visual design craft with a drive to elevate user interface aesthetics.
- Experience creating component-based design patterns and working with design systems.
- Strong systems thinking, information architecture skills, and attention to edge cases.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and influence product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to design for technical depth without sacrificing usability.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product thinking across onboarding, instrumentation, troubleshooting, debugging, runtime analysis, and performance investigation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to build a developer-focused observability platform.
- Design complex, data-rich interfaces that are user-friendly and highly functional.
- Use AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools to rapidly explore ideas and validate concepts.
- Engage directly with customers to base design work on real-world user workflows.
- Create and maintain component-based design patterns within established design systems.
