Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with district administrators and IT leaders to connect Khan Academy to school district student/teacher rosters.
  • Conduct initial onboarding calls with district partners to gather information and explain the rostering process.
  • Document rostering details for internal tracking and service delivery.
  • Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters with high attention to accuracy.
  • Monitor new partner account activation and provide ongoing support.
  • Communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist internal team members with technical issues reported by district partners.
  • Review daily roster syncs and verify large data changes with partners.
