- 2+ years of rostering experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of K-12 users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with district administrators and IT leaders to connect Khan Academy to school district student/teacher rosters.
- Conduct initial onboarding calls with district partners to gather information and explain the rostering process.
- Document rostering details for internal tracking and service delivery.
- Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters with high attention to accuracy.
- Monitor new partner account activation and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist internal team members with technical issues reported by district partners.
- Review daily roster syncs and verify large data changes with partners.
