Responsibilities
- Handle alerts for monitoring of ingestions and analytics.
- Troubleshoot issues in assigned ingestion/analytics tasks (BAUs).
- Cross-collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
- Adhere to JIRA processes to avoid SLA breaches.
- Analyze and resolve customer tickets.
- Perform ETL troubleshooting for customer tickets and internal BAUs.
- Create customer-facing documentation.
- Document processes to improve team efficiency.
