Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in estate planning law.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal, tax, and trust structures.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and multi-generational wealth planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional wealth management teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with wealth advisors and financial planning teams to review, fund, and maintain client estate plans.
  • Analyze and summarize estate planning documents to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide clear guidance on estate, trust, and tax matters to internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as a national subject matter expert for estate planning across multiple regions.
  • Monitor and translate estate, trust, and tax legislation changes into actionable recommendations.
  • Support business development through presentations and client-facing discussions.
  • Oversee and mentor assigned service support staff.
