Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- 2–6 years of experience in estate planning law.
- Ability to interpret complex legal, tax, and trust structures.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and multi-generational wealth planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional wealth management teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with wealth advisors and financial planning teams to review, fund, and maintain client estate plans.
- Analyze and summarize estate planning documents to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide clear guidance on estate, trust, and tax matters to internal teams and clients.
- Serve as a national subject matter expert for estate planning across multiple regions.
- Monitor and translate estate, trust, and tax legislation changes into actionable recommendations.
- Support business development through presentations and client-facing discussions.
- Oversee and mentor assigned service support staff.
