Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in email fundraising or similar fields.
- Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (e.g., ActionKit, ActBlue).
- Ability to learn new tools and CRMs quickly.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience managing large clients and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling fundraising emails adapting voice to clients’ needs.
- Manage clients in the email approval process and incorporate feedback.
- Code and test mass email communications using various CRMs.
- Analyze and report metrics to clients, providing strategic insights.
- Develop content calendars and goals aligning with fundraising strategies.
- Directly manage and mentor junior email team members.
