• Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (e.g., ActionKit, ActBlue).
• Ability to learn new tools and CRMs quickly.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience managing large clients and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling fundraising emails adapting voice to clients’ needs.
• Manage clients in the email approval process and incorporate feedback.
• Code and test mass email communications using various CRMs.
• Analyze and report metrics to clients, providing strategic insights.
• Develop content calendars and goals aligning with fundraising strategies.
• Directly manage and mentor junior email team members.
