Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, release management, or delivery support within IT, telecom, or a comparable industry.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and governance.
- Experience supporting change management and structured release processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners or vendors.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to interpret financial and performance metrics to support delivery oversight.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple concurrent customer projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives.
- Assist in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution oversight across transactional and subscription-based engagements.
- Support release management and change control processes, ensuring structured governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, maintain dashboards, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Track project financials, metrics, and delivery performance to ensure adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and resolution of delivery challenges.
- Contribute to documentation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
