Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
- Fluency in German.

- Experience in quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of mid to high complexity simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Drive projects from initial brief to final delivery across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and print disciplines.
- Manage scoping, costing, planning, and scheduling of projects while identifying stakeholders and creating communication plans.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress against scope and budget, and actively manage risk registers.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Resource Managers to staff projects and integrate AI workflows.
- Maintain high communication standards in client-facing meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure project financial profitability by managing cost overburn and daily time logging.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
