Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in growth systems, marketing automation, CRM optimization, or AI-driven marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot.
- Proficiency in tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building full-funnel lead generation and conversion systems from scratch.
- Practical experience integrating AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI tools, automation workflows, API-based systems) into marketing or sales processes.
- Strong understanding of funnel economics, including CAC, LTV, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to balance technical system-building with brand-aligned, high-touch customer experience design.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end growth systems spanning HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, retargeting platforms, and AI/LLM automation tools.
- Build and optimize HubSpot architecture, including data structure, segmentation models, and AI-driven lead scoring systems.
- Develop high-performance nurture flows across email, SMS, and automated triggers to improve lead-to-conversion outcomes.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) using behavioral and revenue data, and implement precision targeting frameworks.
- Create integrated outbound systems leveraging LinkedIn and enrichment tools to expand high-value executive networks.
- Deploy conversion infrastructure such as AI chat experiences, qualification workflows, and retargeting systems.
- Own performance tracking and optimization, including CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics.
