Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
- Proficiency with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan).
- Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
- Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
- Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing.
- Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards.
- Monitor internal alerts and enhance systems to detect security or high-risk events.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze transaction data and competitor trends to recommend system and product improvements.
- Partner with customer support and stakeholders to resolve wallet-related inquiries and pain points.
