Requirements
- Currently matriculated undergraduate or graduate student.
- Interest in a career in development, specifically prospect research or major gifts face-to-face fundraising.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis of donors and prospects.
- Manage database records including digitizing paper archives.
- Conduct prospect research on individuals and businesses supporting civil rights work.
- Monitor current events and curate resource lists for portfolio managers.
- Assist with small group gatherings and events intended for donor education, cultivation, and stewardship.
