Requirements
- Valid ProSci ADKAR Change Management Certification (mandatory; proof required)
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting Information Technology implementations
- Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, risk identification, and change management planning
- Experience leading OCM activities in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years of experience developing communication strategies and providing coaching to senior leadership
- 2+ years of experience performing OCM for implementation of standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training materials, curriculum, and adoption programs for workflow and process changes
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations with 1,000+ employees
- 2+ years of experience providing change management support for Altera Sunrise suite implementations in a clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness assessments, change impact analysis, risk identification, communications planning, and user adoption strategies.
- Develop and execute change management plans in collaboration with senior leadership and project teams.
- Provide communications coaching to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training materials and develop curriculum for workflow and process changes.
- Support standardized clinical transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations.
- Ensure effective implementation of Altera Sunrise solutions within clinical environments.
