Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management within enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience developing business communication materials, presentations, and executive-facing content.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, stakeholder analysis, and executive communication.
- Experience designing and implementing change strategies, communication plans, and resistance management approaches.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise project delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support enterprise transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analyses to inform adoption strategies.
- Design and implement communication plans, engagement strategies, and executive-level messaging materials.
- Create presentations, reports, and change management deliverables tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Lead resistance management efforts and proactively identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to align change activities with project delivery timelines.
- Support adoption of new systems and processes by ensuring clear communication and structured transition planning.
