Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or a client-facing analytics role within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Strong command of commercial pharma concepts: brand strategy, market access, launch planning, and competitive intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and design rigorous, actionable analyses.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements with a high degree of independence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel or Access.
  • Hands-on experience with prescribing datasets including NBRx, TRx, and NRx.
  • Familiarity with visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) and life sciences data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, or applied mathematics.
  • Exposure to AI-powered platforms, predictive analytics, or digital commercial tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, develop structured approaches, and guide clients through complex commercial challenges.
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, designing analytical approaches and synthesizing findings into recommendations.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses addressing brand strategy, market sizing, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Interpret prescribing metrics including NBRx and TRx to track brand performance and identify targeting opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships across client organizations, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and project governance across multi-workstream engagements.
  • Drive organizational change within client teams, supporting transitions to data-driven decision-making.
