Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consultancy or B2B.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in AI image generation and design tools, specifically MidJourney.
- Proven experience with long-form design including reports and whitepapers.
- Expertise in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint design principles and data visualization.
- Ability to innovate and think outside the box for creative problem-solving.
- Keen eye for emerging design trends and commitment to continuous learning.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling social media posts, carousels, and graphics aligned with brand identity.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for professional reports and whitepapers using Adobe InDesign.
- Create infographics, charts, and visual elements to simplify complex written content.
- Design visually engaging PowerPoint slides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Integrate AI-generated imagery from tools like MidJourney into content strategy.
- Produce vector-based designs and SVGs using Adobe Illustrator for digital and print assets.
- Support internal communications by producing high-quality visuals for team updates.
