Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in mobile application development with strong expertise in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), with React Native or Go as a plus.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end commercial mobile applications from concept through production launch.
- Strong background in mobile architecture design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and mentoring software developers.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and mobile backend interactions.
- Experience establishing engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code review processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or virtual currency platforms is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of native mobile applications across iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Define mobile engineering standards, best practices, and development processes including CI/CD, testing strategies, and code quality frameworks.
- Architect and implement scalable mobile application structures, ensuring long-term maintainability and extensibility.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile engineers, supporting their growth and improving overall team performance.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee integration of third-party services, APIs, and ecosystem components including mini-apps and virtual currency systems.
- Ensure successful delivery of features across the full development lifecycle in coordination with globally distributed teams.
- Drive technical alignment with stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across engineering, product, and project management teams.
