Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional brand design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating craft, range, and a clear creative point of view across shipped work.
- Strong visual fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition (or motion fundamentals).
- Agency background with a desire for end-to-end project ownership.
- Experience in motion design, brand animation, or product storytelling.
- No-code or low-code build experience within a brand or marketing context.
- Experience building brand enablement resources like templates or self-serve tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI build tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Figma Make.
- Ability to articulate a considered view on the use of AI in creative work.
- Ownership instinct to see projects through from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Create brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, events, and motion, from concept to final output.
- Design for web and follow it through to production, collaborating in no-code or front-end contexts.
- Contribute to video and motion work including brand animation, product storytelling, and event content.
- Build brand templates, component libraries, and self-serve tools for the wider organization.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted brand workflows to support Marketing and Sales channels.
- Audit and resolve brand inconsistencies across all channels.
- Develop brand guidance and documentation to empower internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence the creative process from the brief stage.
- Analyze project outcomes to iterate and improve future design judgment.
