Requirements
- Strong commercial portfolio showcasing illustration and design work.
- Comfort working in at least one of these themes: children's products, sports/motivation, or fantasy/sci-fi.
- Expertise in Figma as the primary design tool.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for production.
- Experience in both print and digital design, including color-profile awareness (RGB vs. CMYK).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and iteration.
- Ability to work asynchronously in English.
- Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress content workflows is a plus.
- Experience with print-on-demand, apparel, or greeting card production is a plus.
- Basic motion design or mockup presentation skills is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create static and animated visuals for Meta ads, website banners, and campaign assets.
- Produce website and product graphics to support on-site sales.
- Design graphics for merchandise, apparel, and print-on-demand products.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on recurring creative needs and special projects.
- Develop initial concepts rapidly using AI tools.
- Refine and polish designs using manual tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
