Job Details

8+ years of deep hands-on expertise with Postgres and data platforms, analytical/OLAP workloads, data warehousing, and operational data systems.
Current experience designing AI and GenAI solutions including vector search, embeddings, retrieval, RAG, and agentic patterns.
Proven ability to lead POCs, benchmarks, sizing, and complex migrations end-to-end.
Deep understanding of the analytics and AI data landscape and market trends.
Fluency operating across North European markets, including buying patterns and regulatory context.
Strong track record in pre-sales, solutions-architect, or field-CTO roles on enterprise data and AI deals.
Demonstrated experience engaging at the CxO and board level to advise on strategy.
Ability to be hands-on with technical deal components while acting as an executive advisor.
Willingness to travel as deals demand.

Own the full technical track on qualified Analytics and AI opportunities from the first architecture call through to the technical win.
Lead the technical motion on AI and GenAI use cases including Postgres vector search, retrieval, RAG, and agentic workloads.
Run proofs of concept, benchmarks, and sizing, including services scoping and complex migrations.
Design reference architectures and frame EDB's technical differentiation in competitive situations.
Operate at the enterprise and CxO level for executive advisory and board-level positioning.
Document deal motions into playbooks, reference architectures, and demos for the regional organization.
Co-host weekly Analytics & AI Open Hours for real-time enablement and field coaching.
Turn deal pain into roadmap signals for Product and Engineering through win/loss feedback.
