Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of prior product or relevant experience.
- Experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and machine learning models.
- Data-driven learning style and ability to use quantitative information to make product decisions.
- Experience shipping simple, elegant user-facing products with measurable impact.
- Ability to operate autonomously with an experimental, test-and-learn mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
- Define new products and features with specs and prototypes to enable attractive financing terms.
- Analyze the impact of product features and define success metrics.
- Establish partnerships with Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and scale products.
- Collaborate across product teams to support international expansion, large merchant integrations, and new product verticals.
