Requirements
- Minimum of two years of previous work experience.
- Demonstrated experience soliciting passive candidates or related inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
- High-speed internet (satellite and 5G-based internet are not accepted).
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for roles supporting Chronic Care Management.
- Interface with business leadership and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Conduct screening, interviewing, and candidate assessments.
- Manage high-volume recruitment tasks and meet established KPIs.
