Requirements
- Deep .NET / C# expertise.
- Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, SOLID, SOA, and design patterns.
- Experience designing and operating event-driven backend architectures.
- Experience running systems on multi-server infrastructure with real traffic and horizontal scaling.
- Proficiency with parallel and concurrent programming (async/await, thread safety, queues).
- Extensive experience integrating external services and APIs.
- Ability to design backend architecture from scratch for complex web applications.
- Fluent in AI dev tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Clear communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop core backend services, including campaign orchestrators and FSM-based workflow engines.
- Implement complex API integrations with telephony platforms (Twilio), voice AI providers, insurance carriers, and CRMs.
- Drive system design and architecture decisions in collaboration with the CTO.
- Manage multi-server deployments and optimize async processing pipelines and event-driven flows.
- Coordinate frontend integration using Next.js.
