Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or leads.
- Expertise in full agentic, AI-powered SDLC in B2B or high-security enterprise environments.
- Proven history of launching products via end-to-end AI-assisted development workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems using relational/document databases and cloud-native services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Strong security-first mindset in design, code review, and incident response.
- Experience evaluating AI-assisted code with technical rigor.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI agents to automate specs, code generation, testing, and review processes.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in the codebase, architecture patterns, and technical prototyping.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, managing execution sequencing and technical risk.
- Build and lead a high-performance, distributed engineering team across Romania, Vietnam, and Hungary.
- Establish security-first engineering practices and performance-based management standards.
- Champion AI-native playbooks and CI/CD improvements for broader organizational adoption.
- Partner with product, design, and security leadership to align engineering execution with business goals.
