Requirements
- Extensive marketing experience spanning campaign management, social media, and paid media
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop marketing plans and translate them into execution
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta, Google, or similar
- Solid understanding of social media dynamics, content performance, and audience growth strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior remote work experience
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana)
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies (ideal)
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that span campaigns, social media, and paid channels
- Own end-to-end campaign management including planning, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Manage paid media activity across platforms, continuously testing and optimising for performance
- Build and maintain a strong organic social media presence through content strategy and community engagement
- Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make informed strategic decisions
- Partner with creative, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with broader business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively propose new initiatives or channel strategies
