Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Expertise in interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience delivering innovative, consumer-facing experiences.
- Experience working on mobile web (bonus).
- Proficiency in Figma for daily collaboration.
- Ability to work with user researchers to conduct concept testing.
- Experience in early-stage product development and setting vision.
- Ability to help teams maintain high standards for design craft.
- Strong alignment with the mission to solve access and affordability in mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star and evolve the product vision through interaction, prototyping, and visual design.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) to scale provider experiences.
- Work with product and engineering partners daily in Figma.
- Collaborate with user researchers to test concepts weekly with potential patients.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations while growing the design team.
