Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience delivering consumer-facing experiences, preferably including mobile web.
- Ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers.
- Experience with early-stage product development and setting design vision.
- High standards for design craft and solving complex customer problems.
- Alignment with the company mission to improve mental healthcare access and affordability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to evolve product vision and deliver design solutions for the patient matching experience.
- Use interaction, prototyping, and visual design skills to build user-centered experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) to scale provider experiences.
- Test concepts weekly with potential patients in collaboration with user researchers.
- Help define the experience north star for finding the right therapist.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow a world-class design team.
