Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Experience delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Proficiency in interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience with mobile web is a bonus.
- Ability to jam in Figma with product and engineering partners daily.
- Experience working with user researchers to test concepts.
- Ability to work through complex customer problems.
- Experience with early-stage product development and vision-setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star for patient matching.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to evolve product vision and build design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product and engineering daily.
- Test concepts weekly with potential patients in partnership with user researchers.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix).
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow a world-class startup design team.
