Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Deep, non-negotiable proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience coordinating India statutory payroll compliance filings end to end (PF, ESI, TDS, PT).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven experience working across multiple entities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to operate with zero hand-holding in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end books across 7-8 entities in QuickBooks Online, including entries and categorization.
- Reconcile past invoices, identify outstanding amounts, and track ongoing accounts payable.
- Build and maintain a forward-looking cash flow tracker for team visibility.
- Reconcile bank transactions and internal records with high accuracy.
- Manage India payroll entries and coordinate statutory compliance filings (PF, ESI, TDS, PT).
- Support documentation for draw applications and external financial processes.
