Requirements
- 2+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering for web services
- Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm
- GitLab CI/CD expertise: pipelines, templates, secrets handling, containerization
- Observability: Prometheus/VM and ELK, build useful dashboards and alerts, familiarity with RED/USE and Four Golden Signals
- SLI/SLO thinking and error budgets, on-call, incident response, and running effective RCAs
- Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka
- Scripting skills: Bash/Python
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication
Responsibilities
- Manage the reliability and availability of financial crime prevention platforms, ensuring the performance of applications
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial crime prevention platforms with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Monitor technological metrics of services and collaborate with DevOps engineers
- Write and maintain deployment scripts, configs, helm charts and CI/CD jobs
- Address infrastructure issues and resolve product failures
- Participate in incident investigations to identify and eliminate root causes
- Take part in on-call duties
- Maintain technical documentation
