Requirements
- Proven experience shipping multiple GenAI features into production at scale in a customer-facing product.
- Experience shipping multi-step, tool-using agents in a user-facing product.
- Strong ability to autonomously scope, design, and build scalable AI solutions for complex business challenges.
- Deep applied AI expertise in evaluating LLM systems, including tests, golden sets, online metrics, and observability.
- Solid experience with the modern AI stack, including Vector DBs, orchestration, durable execution frameworks, and LLM APIs.
- Experience building APIs, services, and data retrieval pipelines such as RAG and vector search.
- Deep proficiency with Python, SQL, and major cloud providers.
- Extensive background in traditional ML engineering and architecting reliable, scalable production data systems.
- Strong understanding of privacy and security concerns for LLMs, including prompt injection and PII protection.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship multiple AI-powered product features including agentic workflows, spend intelligence, and automated actions.
- Advise and prioritize product features by working directly with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Own the evaluation, monitoring, and operationalization of AI features by setting up evals, tracking drift, and managing production prompt changes.
- Challenge and validate decisions with the GenAI Core platform team based on real-world feature delivery.
- Enforce practical standards for AI feature delivery, including monitoring, versioning, and privacy/safety guardrails.
- Upskill the team through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming.
