Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on CX tools or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of interacting with and building backend REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Experience implementing and maintaining unit and e2e tests.
- Ability to work effectively in small teams within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency with AI engineering tools.
- Advanced knowledge of AI within CX environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of mobile app development, such as React Native (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features within the JavaScript stack that improve customer engagement.
- Iterate on new and existing features to optimize user experience and performance.
- Contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture, best practices, and new technologies.
- Improve the maturity of the technical stack through engineering best practices.
- Participate in the code review process and provide mentorship to other engineers.
- Remove technical roadblocks and repair issues through hands-on coding.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and CX teams in an agile environment.
- Support the 24/7 on-call rotation.
