Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Python with experience building production ML systems.
- Proven experience designing and operating ML infrastructure at scale (registries, feature stores, serving layers).
- Strong experience with large-scale data processing using batch or streaming frameworks like Spark or Flink.
- Deep proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying models in production.
- Experience with classification, ranking, or prediction problems.
- Track record of building generalised ML capabilities beyond single use cases.
- Experience with feature engineering from structured/semi-structured data like code diffs or logs.
- Excellent communication skills for a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the ML strategy for predictive test selection from experimentation to production.
- Design and maintain end-to-end ML architecture including feature engineering, model training, and serving infrastructure.
- Build and scale ML platform layers and data pipelines that connect code changes with test execution history.
- Instrument models with observability metrics such as accuracy, latency, coverage, and drift detection.
- Resolve performance issues across the data and ML stack.
- Collaborate with customers to integrate test selection into development workflows.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices through documentation and pairing.
