Requirements
- 5-7+ years of commercial full-stack development experience.
- Strong Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF) skills with production Postgres experience.
- Production-level expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to own a domain's architecture, code quality, and technical debt without micromanagement.
- Self-directed work style with experience collaborating directly with product managers.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems, high-volume data, or complex data pipelines.
- Russian as primary working language and professional proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience or strong willingness to adopt AI and agentic development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own a zone of the codebase fully, including architecture, quality, documentation, and operational health.
- Build features end-to-end from API to UI.
- Write tests as part of the development process to ensure every PR includes necessary test coverage.
- Utilize agentic AI tools as a primary execution layer, defining tasks with precise context and reviewing outputs.
- Collaborate directly with product managers to resolve requirement ambiguities through clear ticket documentation.
- Participate in rigorous and efficient code reviews.
- Mentor newer developers as a natural part of senior contributions.
