Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in application systems analysis, development, or enterprise system support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst specifically for Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM.
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Fusion Data Models and SQL.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI and BIP.
- Strong knowledge of subledger business processes and accounting.
- Experience with OCI development, integrations, and system development lifecycle models.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and resolve system incidents while ensuring configurations align with business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for application upgrades and high-impact projects.
- Design and test solutions, integrations, and reports within Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop strategic application roadmaps.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and document BRDs, FDDs, and process diagrams.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials and Subledger Accounting across Finance, PPM, SCM, and Payroll.
- Develop and customize OTBI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Support personalization efforts using Page Composer, VBS/VBCS, and other Oracle tools.
