Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, XLA, CM, FA, EBTax, iExpense, AGIS, and Advanced Collections.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials business processes, subledger accounting, financial period close activities, and accounting issue resolution.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Command Centers, Lockbox Payments, electronic payment solutions, including ACH and credit card processing.
- Solid understanding of Oracle financial data structures with the ability to perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements, producing functional specifications, and developing comprehensive testing documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production support and enhancement initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively across business users, developers, technical teams, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance stakeholders and business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and communicate project progress and IT initiatives.
- Design, configure, and optimize Oracle EBS Financials solutions, supporting modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, EBTax, and related financial applications.
- Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, testing strategies, and user acceptance test plans to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and validate functional testing activities, production deployments, rollout strategies, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
- Design and support third-party integrations, operational workflows, and end-user training materials to improve system adoption and business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues by collaborating with business users and technical teams, performing SQL-based research, identifying root causes, and driving timely resolutions.
- Maintain Oracle module configurations, application security, system documentation, and overall platform health to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Provide ongoing functional support while promoting clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement across finance operations.
