Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
- Functional expertise in HCM modules, specifically Payroll, Time & Labor, and Fast Formulas.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
- Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Experience with VBCS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
- Maintain existing HCM configurations and custom solutions.
- Develop integrations and data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Engage with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure efficient HCM operations.
