Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a paid software engineer at a software product company or agency.
- Deep knowledge of Javascript.
- Understanding of HTTP and server technologies.
- Proficiency with ReactJS.
- Understanding of the full stack including MongoDB, Node, and AWS.
- Ability to work full-time within 3 hours of the US EST time zone.
- Excellent written English and basic conversational English communication skills.
- Computer Science background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief system designer for the engineering team.
- Bridge the gap between product requirements and business team goals.
- Provide technical mentorship to other developers.
- Translate product requirements into functional code.
- Collaborate with the team to negotiate project timelines and technical approaches.
- Propose solutions that validate assumptions without building custom software when possible.
