Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of cradle-to-grave federal contracting experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pre-award, award, and post-award acquisition activities.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal procurement processes.
- Experience preparing acquisition documentation, contract modifications, procurement reports, and contract files.
- BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Current or previous FAC-C Certification or civilian equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement actions simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous ICE (Integrated Contracts Expert) experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support for assigned contracts, task orders, and purchase orders.
- Assist with acquisition planning activities, market research, and procurement strategy development.
- Develop and prepare solicitation documents including RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and associated documentation.
- Support technical and past performance evaluations, proposal scoring, and source selection.
- Prepare business and price analyses, negotiation documentation, award packages, and procurement reports.
- Maintain complete electronic contract files in accordance with customer requirements.
- Assist with contract award processing, modifications, option exercises, and closeout activities.
