Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within an Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO).
- Experience in Learning Design, Compliance, Assessment Development, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2025.
- Strong knowledge of validation processes.
- Strong knowledge of competency-based assessment.
- Experience developing assessment tools and mapping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Preferred).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Canvas (Preferred).
- Experience with instructional design tools like Articulate 360 (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve training and assessment resources.
- Develop compliant assessment tools, mapping documents, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate validation activities and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain LMS content and digital learning resources.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to improve learning outcomes.
- Monitor updates to the Standards for RTOs 2025 and implement required changes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across learning and compliance systems.
- Provide compliance and assessment guidance to trainers and stakeholders.
- Ensure learning resources remain industry-relevant and audit-ready.
