Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Required Skills: Risk Management

At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Proven track record of incident response leadership and crisis management.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise security programs and managing global teams.
Strong knowledge of IAM, cloud security, endpoint security, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management.
Understanding of emerging AI security risks and controls.
Experience securing cloud environments across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, or OWASP.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security topics to executive leadership.
Strong business acumen in aligning security investments with operational priorities.

Define and own the global cyber security strategy aligned with business objectives.
Advise the CTO, Operating Team, and Board Cybersecurity Committee on risk.
Operate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned to ISO 27001, SOC2, and TISAX.
Lead global Security Operations (SecOps) and mature CSIRT/CSOC capabilities.
Act as executive incident commander for major cyber events.
Oversee secure architecture, cloud security standards, and identity & access management (IAM).
Embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product security reviews.
Represent the organization to regulators, auditors, customers, and partners regarding security.
Lead and develop global teams across security operations, governance, risk, and compliance.
