Requirements
- 5+ years in programme/project management within software environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Technical literacy with ability to understand CI/CD and engineering workflows.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like MDR and ISO/IEC standards is desirable.
- Proficiency with delivery tracking tools like JIRA and documentation tools like Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects (product, integrations, customer implementations).
- Translate strategic roadmap into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive delivery cadence (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Align priorities across teams and resolve resource conflicts.
- Maintain visibility of programme health across scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide clear, concise reporting to leadership regarding status, risks, and mitigation.
- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements such as MDR and ISO standards.
