Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via live chat and email with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve order, shipping, and account issues.
- Help merchants set up their stores and get the most from the platform.
- Flag patterns and trends to address root causes of problems.
- Collaborate with the team by sharing knowledge and escalating issues with context.
